The Drippy Filters feature abstract yellow and blue drizzles. These oozy, drippy filters were designed to compliment The Wavy Baby Papers, and are great way to style other papers as well. Each set comes with 20 flat filters. Handmade in NYC, these filter tips are made from recycled paper. These crutches are not pre-rolled, but do come perforated.
