The Enigma Filters are sprinkled with colorful, squiggly shapes. These filters are a great way to add a bit of color to your J. Each set comes with 20 flat filters. Handmade in NYC, these filter tips are made from recycled paper. These crutches are not pre-rolled, but do come perforated.
